The Community Food Access Coalition organizes neighbors, growers, and partners across Indianapolis to close the gaps in our local food system — building toward a Marion County where nourishing food isn't a privilege, it's a given.
Our Vision
“A city where a person's zip code has nothing to do with whether they can grow, afford, or access good food. Where neighbors have a real say in the systems that feed them, and where care for the land and care for people go hand in hand.”
Who We Are
A coalition led by the community it serves.
CFAC is led by the residents it serves, not around them. Founded in Indianapolis, the coalition brings together growers, nonprofits, and public partners under one table to plan, fund, and carry out food justice work across Marion County — neighborhood by neighborhood.
